Application: Recumbent tadpole Catrike Dumont with easy entry bars. Mirrors are mounted in entry bars 7/8”.Very easy to mount on my trike, primarily because I was replacing broken existing unit. After I purchased I found Hafny made another model with a bit larger mirror ~ 70 sq cm vs ~ 49 sq cm on this model I elected to exchange for the little larger model. That’s personal preference for me certainly the smaller area mirror is adequate.The product is robustly made with right size hardware to set the mirror position firmly. No torque specifications included so sent company email reply 30.6 kgf-cm = 26.56 in lbs. The glass is clear and crisp with no visible distortion.Mirrors on my trike are very important to my safety and enjoyment when riding. I find the product to meet and exceed my expectations.Enjoy your ride and do so safely.

Hafny bar end mirrors are fantastic! They look great they work fantastic and they fold in making it convenient passing through any area pretty much. I highly recommend these mirrors so glad I got them

This bicycle mirror is working well and is a quality product.

When riding a tadpole recumbent trike, it is very difficult to see behind you while riding. A side view mirror isn't just a option, its a requirement. Whether you opt for a helmet mounted mirror, which I also have, or go with something that mounts to your handlebar on the trike, having that mirror is a necessity.Many people go with a the typical round mirror, and I have one of them installed on my own trike. For my wifes trike, I wanted to provide something that mounted a little higher into the line of sight and provided a wider view than the one that is installed on my own trike.The Hafny bar end mirror filled the requirements. You can see it installed on the trike handlebar. It has a little bit of that convex view where objects are closer than they appear in the mirror, but it is not excessive. It has a little bit of flare on the backside, which I think may be slightly reflective at night.When I shopped this item, I could not track down dimensions, so, I include a rough photo of the length of the mirror and swivel mount as well as the shaft for your reference.If you are shopping for a side view mirror and are looking to have a bar end mount, this works great. I encountered NO DIFFICULTY in getting the bar end component to expand as designed for a snug and secure fit. I will point out that the components for the bar end mount need to be aligned a specific way for the expansion when the screw is tightened to occur. If, for some reason, they are not aligned correctly, the expansion likely will not occur. It is not hard to figure out the correct alignment before you insert it into your handlebar.I recommend this product, and am considering it as a replacement for my own trike to improve the view that I have.

The mirror and glass are great. The only thing I would do differently is the mounting bar. It angles inward to extreme for my liking. I would get the smaller mount with the same glass.

These mirrors have a nice size viewing area, are clear & are very easy to install on the ends of our e-bike handlebars. They adjust to your needs & although they can be rotated so they are under the handlebars, that didn't work out for me because my forearm blocked my view completely. We bought both the left & right side mirrors & it made such a difference. Tighten them just enough to keep them snuggly in place but still adjustable while riding before tightening them completely & you'll get the best position for your riding pleasure

This is the only mirror I have found that has solid joints and stays in place on my ebike, so I can actually see the cars behind me. It's also the only one I have found with a real glass mirror that looks good. Others advertise as real glass, but always turn out to be low quality plastic junk, and you can barely make out what you're trying to look at through them. I just wish the right side silver glass one wasn't perpetually out of stock.

It was so easy to install. You can see very well far or close. The 4 position that you are able to set the mirror is so nice. Short or tall it is great!I would definitely recommend it.

Installing the item was intuitive and easy. Clear view in the mirror and stable once it was tightened up correctly. The item has not improved my marriage but after 48 years I can live with that.

Instructions weren’t the best and two different Allen keys required to tighten everything up (only one supplied) but other than that seems to work as it should.

2 stars because it looks nice. This was probably a return, there was no protective film over the glass which was smudged. Installation was fairly quick and the absence of an appropriate allen key wasn't too big a deal. Usually there are several spare keys laying about anyway. Removing it however to reposition proved to be a nightmare. Part of it could not be removed, it took forever for it to come out so beware, make sure that it's installed properly the first time. Unless of course you have nothing better to do for an hour. Once installed it looks good.
