LD Products Remanufactured Toner Cartridge Replacements for HP 312A / HP 312X High Yield (CF380X Black, CF381A Cyan, CF383A Magenta, CF382A Yellow, 4-Pack)

There was a problem with one of the four cartridges. The magenta cartridge was printing red stripes on the page. I contacted customer support and they told me that because the order was fulfilled by amazon, they were refusing to help me.

The toner works just as good as others for my use. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. After using about half of the toner I started to get poor printouts. I spoke to their customer service and they walked me through a few easy steps to validate it was the toner cartridges. They shipped replacements right away, free of charge.

The outside of the box was labeled 312 but inside were 305 cartridges.These also tend to band and not last vs the amount or toner still inside, usually around 30% life left. Inexpensive vs OEM HP though so I put up with it I guess. Print quality is great when new.

I was paying $400 for the bundle set from HP then I ran across LD. The best thing since slice bread. My wife and I love it. The print quality is fabulous. We find no fault in LD. Keep up the good work.

This worked perfect in our printer. Was nervous about using remanufactured ink but have had no problems and it is way cheaper than the original for the printer.

LD has never let me down....their customer service is top notch. I have experienced a few toner cartridges in the past that weren't up to par and after a quick email to LD they instantly sent out a replacement. Their company has saved my company a TON of money and I know that I can continue to purchase with confidence...if anything should be off they'll fix it straight away. Very, very impressed with them!

Great value for this product! The colors are right, and the printing quality is high. The only thing that is at all problematic is that there is now some type of "light banging" sound when printing that was not there with the HP cartridges. Overall I will tolerate that small annoyance, as the price is so good!

Zero complaints about this company's toner cartridges. I've had to replace the black, magenta, and yellow cartridges so far, and they work exactly as the OEM cartridges did. I would definitely buy from this company again.
