My 1 year old mostly just pushes buttons. As others have replied it goes very fast and doesn't stay on the screen very long.

Im trying to decide whether to get this the vtech or the fisher price tab. My son is 16months old and has down syndrome. What are your recommendation?

We bought one for our grandson and it stopped working properly after about 2 months. Thinking it was probably just a defective one we bought another one but after another couple of months that one stopped working, and in the exact way the first one had stopped. Both times it hung up in a certain area of a song, causing the rest of the 'lessons' to stop functioning. I would not recommend this product.
