Good shampoo, a little goes a long way, and a definite must if you're using the other products in the line (I also use the conditioner and the blow out spray). After the first shampoo I felt an immediate difference, I've been using it for a month and keep getting compliments on my hair, even had several people ask if I had gotten my hair cut even though I was due for a trim. My hair is wavy/curly but sort of fine and short and it worked great, very light and silky results.
