Amazing book, reinforcing everything we feel that we know, with hard scientific fact. We KNOW that relationships are the key to inclusive schools and achieving young people who feel that they belong but now we have proof. A must read for anyone working in education, honestly I couldn't put it down.

Should be read by all that work with children...especially the staff of teaching establishments. Excellent books make people stop thinking you can just throw children into a situation and they will swim! many don't and drown in the social minefield.
