Bad product. Gel broke out after freezing. NO RETUTN OPTION TOO. DO NOT BUY
Bought a product like other reviews say it doesn't get cold enough. When I get it out from the freezer. The gel pack broke as it warmed. Vry bad quality. Amazon doesn't provide a return option as this is a NOT RETURNABLE PRODUCT. SO YOUR MONEY WON'T BE REFUNDED

Need another pcs
Doesn't get frozen after keeping for almost 8 hours remain just cold for few mints come back to normal with in span in few mint gets warm. The photo which i have send is immediately took out from fridge

Does not hold tempreture at all.
This one loses its tempreture within five minutes at room temperature

Not a good option
The product is not as mentioned in the description, can not be used for hot .comes with small gaps and hence cold option can not be used for more than 5 mins
