Precuts work well, makes it a bit easier to tape. The cost of the precuts might not be worth it if you know how to tape. But it’s a great way to start and it makes it a bit easier if you are taping yourself with no help.

I was a little sceptical at first, but desperate to find something that would relieve the pain in my knee when hiking. I was amazed at how well the Spider tape worked! There was very little pain on my hike while hiking, and no pain or swelling after the hike. I have no idea why this is so, but I am a believer and will continue to use Spider tape. You need to put the tape on 30-60 min before activity or else it does not stick on for the full 5 days.

Works very well and you get four applications that last about five days each. Only bad thing is if you leave the tape on longer than 5 days the adhesive can irritate the skin.
