Really like this device, but still learning.

This is actually really fun! Hard to keep it going but it’s all in how you hold your stance but once you get it going it’s fun. The faster you go the more you feel the weight somewhat feeling like it pinches your sides but I think once you get used to it it will be fine. Ready to see what the hype is all about let’s see the inches go!

So todays the second day I used this hoop and after doing some research by reading comments here and on social media of similar products, I came to the conclusion there are some things you can do to make it work a little better. I took one extra link out more than I did yesterday. It was a little uncomfortable, but because it was so solidly around me, it didn’t bend and create places the wheels would catch as it went around. I read somewhere about putting one foot in front of the other and moving slower than you think you should, and I will agree with both of those things too. So make it a little too tight, make the rope as short as it will go (at least to start until you get the hang of it), and do the hip movements slower than you think you should. It definitely takes lots of practice but I do feel like I’m getting better with it. Lol my husband says I look like a video game character as you’re choosing your player. Rocking back and forth like you’re running.

Maybe more quieter and more secure and dependable not to come loose…now I’m afraid to use it .

3 pieces broke very easily as soon as I pulled it out of the package and tried to adjust to my size. Fortunately i have extras so I am still able to use this. Also, be sure wear more than a sports bra as it pinched my skin as I used it and I had marks/small nicks in two rows around my body.

Good price. Definitely works if you use it.

So my first few attempts at using this product made me feel like a 2 year old in a 90 year old body. I made sure I had plenty of room and put the dogs in another room as not to knock them out with the weight. Believed I had the links sized correctly to reach around my waist and placed it resting apn my hips. As I threw the weight around to get it started i looked like I was about to have a convulsions as I moved my whole body to try and keep this thing moving. Thinking I just needed more practice I continued to try and try again until I was almost peeing my pants from laughter. Two days later I decided to watch a tutorial (something I wish I had done a two days earlier). I learned I need to take a link out and make the product more snug than I thought and to be conscious about making sure the hoop is snug to your hips and somewhat level in the front and back.After the hysterical first attempts at using this product I will NOW say I am enjoying it. I do need to work up my stamina but at least now I can keep the hoop moving for some time.

The assembly was simple but I made the mistake of not reading the brief albeit important instructions because this seemed like a simple concept. After 10 minutes each direction I noticed redness on my hips and the next day bruising appeared. The instructions read “ The length should be as tight as possible around the waist It is better to work together.” While I don’t understand the second part of that statement, I clearly failed to tighten this around my waist. Once my bruises are gone, I’m going to give it another try. It’s a bit loud but it gets my heart rate up which is something.

Se sienten bien los materiales.No me siento comodo recomendandolo, pero no es mal producto
