The New Versa Board from Hydroslide is designed for multiple uses and has a classic shape and ultra thin profile that gives it a smooth, easy ride, without sacrificing any "pop" off the wake. Use it as a skiboard, a wakeboard, a Wake surfer or a kneeboard, the Versa Board does it all. EVA pad gives the rider superb control during every trick and maneuver. Progressive edge is round in the mid section and sharp at each end allowing the board to cut hard, but not get hung during surface tricks. Water tension relief design on bottom gives the board a light, responsive feel. All Hydroslide boards have a patented thin-profile design, giving them not only the best looks, but the best performance as well. Also includes the Patented Hydrohook, which allows beginners to get up the first time, every time, and gives experts a whole new way to enjoy the ride. Dual retractable fins allow maximum cutting power when down, and maximum trick potential when retracted. Fins may be adjusted between sets, but not while the board is in motion. Comes with adjustable bindings and grab handles. Made in the USA

Fun but has design flaws
My boys love riding the board. Hours of fun. We lost a screw that held the fin on the bottom the first 4 hours of use. We checked them before use. That caused a crack in the plastic. Advise or buyers- either check all screws often or add something like a glue in to the screw hole to prevent the screws from backing out. The design on the foot straps make no sense. One hole on each side of the board and 2 holes on each side of the strap. There are no instructions for attachment.

Great combo board if you want to learn some new watersports. We have a sterndrive boat so wake surfing isnt an option but you can still surf while the board is being towed from a safe distance. Family loves it!

Dangerous - did not work for me
I had a freak accident with this board yesterday. Decided to let go of the handles to slide off while the boat was pulling it as I was uncomfortable and after I slid off, the board came off the rope and kicked back, hitting me straight in the bridge of my nose at full force, requiring stitches. It was a bloody mess. If it would have hit me elsewhere in the face or head it would have been much worse. I find this board very heavy and dangerous. Will be staying off this thing permanently. I have used traditional knee boards all of my life and I find them much safer.

It worked great and we didn't loose any screws
As others have stated this is more for entry level, but for all ages. I just bought one and used it for a boating trip to Osage Beach. It worked great and we didn't loose any screws, handles, etc. like other reviewers have stated. If you tighten them up you shouldn't have a problem. Everyone that tried it got up very easily, which is a great confidence builder and it's fun.

So easy and so much fun!
We got this board and took it for a week of jet skiing on Lake Erie in Kelleys Island, Ohio. Everyone (including me) LOVED this board. We tow behind a jet ski : customers were 12, 13, 13, 17 and 43 yr olds and weights ranging from 100- 250 lbs (which is probably the most recommended for this board). We did not use the foot straps though, we used it primarily as body and knee board, with about 6 hours of use. I think the construction is great, it is a little heavy to carry to the beach, but was so much fun. This is a great board to get kids off the tube and moving toward skiing or wake boarding. I love the hook, we don't have the Nash Tow rope with the hook, and I will be looking at getting that, so we don't break the tow hook, we just used a regular tow rope. We also used the fins. This is a beginner board it gave everyone the confidence to at least get up to knees and (if my arms weren't jelly... ) I think I could have stood on it. If you are already skilled wakeboarder, I would probably pass... but my guys love it.. and we will use it more back on the little lakes in Indiana. We have a knee board in our attic that hasn't hit the water in over 18 years... that will NOT happen with this board.

Cheap - Fell Apart the First Run
This was a complete waste of money. Very poor quality. I bought it a week ago with high hopes. The handles did not stay on the board. The footstraps are super uncomfortable. The holes were covered up where you are supposed to screw in the footstraps and handles. Its a piece of junk. Dont waste your time with this.
