Very useful product. I wear it during day time and can even drink tea or coffee. I was so traumatized with cheek bites since 2016. In my case it was neurological due to high stress levels.

Product is uncomfortable and is absolutely a choking hazard. Amazon customer service declined for return. CSR was rude and declined to help also declined to transfer call.

This filmsy thing doesn't stay in place. Can never be used while sleeping.

I have severe anxiety, and only now (in my late 30's) am I putting together my lifelong struggle with my teeth and intense grinding. My dentist recommended a custom fit nightguard with a cool price tag of $800. I needed a quick, AFFORDABLE solution and this was the type of guard that aligns with how I grind my teeth. I tried the mold-it-yourself type but those were always so bulky and I was very "aware" of it while trying to sleep. This guard is very thin and only covers the back several molars on both sides. It's exactly enough to disrupt the jaw muscles from locking. The first morning after wearing it, I was in noticeably less jaw pain. For several weeks my jaw was tight and sore upon waking up. Massaging helped but it was just achey and not fun. The fit is pretty good. My only complaint is part of the guard on the right side rubs against my gum and no matter how much fiddling with the guard I do, it's just slightly ouchy if I bite down. It's super easy to use out of the box - simply adjust the covers on the molar-area to align in your mouth and you're ready to go. I rinse it with hot water in the morning, and run soapy water through with a brush to get into the small crevices. Stuff can accumulate there and will obviously taste weird if you raw dog it! Overall, this is an awesome alternative to really pricey dental guards. Sleep and pain improved!

Ivebeen using these for over 15 years and I couldn't be happier. I had one made by my dentist years ago at the cost of €400. It quickly went into the trash.

First time needing or purchasing a night guard and I could not be more pleased with this purchase, and this product. I’m currently in the middle of some dental work so I was hesitant to invest in a guard that would be useless after each dental procedure. Obviously this guard doesn’t offer a perfect snug fit since it’s not one that you can heat and mold, but for my current situation, this is absolutely perfect.
