Decent quality cylinder trolley, good for the price.
The media could not be loaded. 1/ The metal frame is good and strong, and it fits perfectly.2/ The wheels are of plastic, they don't wobble and are freely rotating. Which is good 👌🏼3/ Ease of moving the cylinder after placing it on this trolley is very good, almost effortless 👍🏼4/ It is definitely worth the price and is value for money💰

Wheels are just sliding instead of rolling due to weight
When a full cylinder is loaded, the wheels no longer roll and they start sliding. Metal wheels would be the best.
