Perfect replacement
I got this to replace the tamper for my Delonghi EC850.M. It’s an excellent replacement. In fact, I consider it an upgrade. This tamper is solidly built from metal. It has good weight to it, and does a perfect job in compressing ground coffee evenly. I am really pleased with this item.

Quality
Very good quality. Heavy item at 206 grams. Good chrome with polished base. Compacts coffee nicely which produces a better crema on my delonghi portafilter.Fits delonghi nicely.

A pleasure to use
Just a lot nicer to use than the cheap plastic one that came with the machine. Also does a way better job of getting an even tamp.
