Hisense FC51D7AWD 5.1 cu. ft. Chest Freezer, White

comment on package 1ZAV17000321758940 June 2016 opened it and my item had dents all over it. 4 on edges and one on surface. although the item may work fine, when you buy something new , you dont want it dented no matter how good the bargain..August 2016Because it was a great Bargain, I re-ordered the Item. It came in August, but the new on had two pronounced dents on the lower edges. (Last two pictures). My wife wanted to keep it and try it because we waited so long for it to come. So far, it seems to work fine, but I am not changing the review because the re-ordered Item is dented again, and I had to wait extra long for another. I dont know if the mishandling is by Amazon Warehouse or UPS, but there needs to be better supervision, and quality control in getting Large Items to the customer.

The freezer itself work very good. However, the shipping could be improved. the freezer was dented in many places and is visually not what I would have expected to see.

Works great, fits our needs. Would have been nice to have it further compartmentalized to help keep things separate, and more levels of sliceable baskets/shelves.

Great freezer for storing extra frozen items. Its very lightweight and gets cold quickly. I would recommend it highly.

My freezer had to be sent back, it had tons of damage.

Item came with dents in right lower end damaged.
