Great quality leather with many pockets in and outside. It lies flat against your back. The straps are strong and don’t slide off your shoulders.

I needed an all purpose carry all. This bag exceeded my expectations. I have gotten many compliments due to it's rich color and style. It has ample room for a computer and many compartments made for phones, books, pens, etc. Also, it feels very durable with thick leather, which softens with age. It also perfectly matches a travel bag I recently bought.

This is a very good looking backpack. I ordered in Feb. 2022 and when it arrived it did have the odor that others spoke of. I had to air it out a couple of weeks before I could use it. It's a bit stiff but I got my computer, lunch kit, and often my purse in it without trouble. That one, however, broke after 9 months of use, and not hard use either, just back and forth to my car from my house or parking lot. But shout out to the company because I sent them photos of the broken strap and they sent me a replacement backpack within 10 days. FYI, the second one has no odor at all, so I guess that issue is somewhat idiosyncratic! It's a very good looking backpack for business use. I wouldn't use it for travel though because I don't know how it would stand up to the rigors of air travel. So they get great ratings for customer service.

Nice burgundy colour, differs very much from your regular boring gray and black. Sturdy construction. But looks larger than it in reality can hold inside. Overall, recommended.

1st one, I only received a photo of the bag, so someone else may have absconded with it, because it's such a well made bag? Regardless, 2nd one came in a plastic bag, then a fabric bag, then the bag itself. Nice hardware, thick leather (on the stiffer side/use leather softeners) and this backpack is ready to use. This is a bag that can withstand being used as a tack bag with horseback riding, enough compartments to use as an updated briefcase, and has that outback/equestrian enthusiast feel to it. It's the workhorse itself. Great quality, color (helps with water damage/staining), and, overtime, will have so much character from how you use this bag. I can hand this down to my kids after im done using it for years/decades. No brand labels on the outside, so it has that quiet luxury look. Very pleased. Would make a great gift to the right person.

I have owned this back pack for a year, however it stored 6m prior to unpacking it. It is a very attractive back pack, but the build quality is questionable. This is based on the attachment pic that shows the buckle falling off. There was no misuse or heavy objects carried, it just fell off. Too bad for such an attractive back pack.

Great handmade piece! I could tell a lot of work went in to this bag. The details are amazing, I love the canvas on the inside. The only thing I wish is that it had the clip feature on the smallest pocket on the front but that is more of a personal preference. I'm obsessed with the quality of this bag! Especially for the affordable price. Most bags I was looking at were well over $100 and were smaller than this one. The stitching, the rustic buckles, the inside, the vegetable tanning - every detail was well thought out and the seller genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. The bag smells amazing too! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately my husband used this for the first time for a vacation to Columbia and the strap broke. The rivet holding it on just completely came off. If that didn’t happen he would be raving about it. It is beautifully made just don’t think the rivets are made to be used in leather.
