I was really surprised when these orthotic shoe inserts arrived to find that they were pre-shaped, not custom orthotics as I had expected, as others that I bought a decade ago had been. In fact, I was initially disappointed about that, but my disappointment lasted less than 24 hours. I had been suffering from increasing pain in my right Achillies tendon and later my heel for several months. For the past month I had been using a cane to keep some weight off my right foot to relieve the pain when walking or standing. Even so, stabbing pains would occur when I moved that I had to rank at a level of 10 at their worst (equivalent to that from burning flesh). To keep this story short, the morning after first using these orthotics for the first day, I woke and had no pain in my right foot when I put weight on it and very little discomfort for the rest of the day.. That was 5 days ago and they are still working. I am using them in my "house shoes." I will probably buy some additional pairs for my other shoes very soon. One week before ordering these orthotics I visited an orthopedist physician who recommended I seek treatment by a podiatrist physician, which I did earlier in the day that I ordered these. This purchase is compatible with her recommendations, and I made the purchase when I found that my custom orthotics did not seem to give enough relief. I give this product 5 starts because that is all that are available - I would give it 10 if I could!

They work great and are very sturdy, and can be interchanged My pair(s) have been adjusted to my feet by a physical therapist

Excelente product

As a retired podiatrist, this insert is the one that I use. Great design. It helps many people with limited motion (along with pain & stiffness) in the 1st metatarsal joint, which is a very common condition. Be sure to read the instructions.

Very comfortable . Makes my feet , back , legs feel better.

They helped a lot, but way to expensive.

Haven't had time to wear them to give them a true review, but so far so good...
