Without getting into details, the product works as intended. The only problem is that I can't find it anywhere to buy more. My mom is having an issue and I wanted to get it for her.

Natren is one of the best probiotic companies in the market. I used to buy this product in the health stores, where it was refrigerated.Unfortunately, Amazon didn't pack it with dry ice, and the Product arrived warm.I hope that Amazon will be aware that this probiotic must be refrigerated all times.Thanks,Angela

Product is great, but NOT from this seller.The manufacturer (Natren) specifically indicates this must be refrigerated in order for the probiotics to survive. Natren actually ships in little styrofoam coolers, in order to insure the product never gets warm. This seller ships it unrefrigerated in a regular box, and upon further inquiry, they responded that the product is never refrigerated when they get it from a distributor and store it in their warehouse.In other words -- there is NO guarantee at all that the probiotics are viable. A waste of money. Buy directly from Natren.

this stuff works on bacterial infections because its for internal and external, you use it along with a 3 day elimination of sugar in your diet and you healed.

This is a fantastic product. If I ever feel "off balance" one of these and / or one of the pre-biotics takes care of it right away.

This product I'm sure is great and effective when stored and shipped properly, but it clearly states on the label that it should be kept refrigerated. I've ordered products directly from the NaTren site and they come in a cold pack. This did not which is very disappointing. Who knows if any of the live cultures were actually live by the time I got it.
