Not a proper RO, but does the job
The only filtration you're doing to get from this unit is UV, doesn't work like an RO but everything else is good. Very less wastage of water and super easy to use. No issues while operating it on different voltages. Taste is not bitter at all. Totally value for money. Comment on service through eureka forbes later, till now the installation was hassle free. TDS is well maintained.

Useless
The flow rate is too low. Every time u need to get a glass of water it takes 5 whole minutes for the machine to start and the glass to fill. Service quality is not good either. It’s a total waste or money.
