This has the active ingredient dipenhydramine (commonly known as Benadryl). This is an okay medicine for getting to sleep and is not recommended as a habit to take every night. Doxylamine is a much more effective sleeping medication that is similar to this one. You will build a tolerance to both and they may eventually stop working.

This product is the best for me, I take two pills and in about an hour, I’m sleepy and sleep all night and wake up feeling refreshed.

It works. Only have to use one at night.

I wouldn’t purchase these again, but they were ok. I had to take several to get any comfort in sleeping and then could only sleep a short while.
