The cork was thinner than I expected. I am not sure how that will affect durability, but it did make it easier to sew. Bags need to be sewn and turned right side out, so the thinness made that step easier.

I am a novice to sewing and really wanted to try the cork fabric. First this product came in a pack of three and I was able to make a large tote, a purse and wallet with scraps left over. The black cork on the purse came from Hobby Lobby but only had 1 sheet in the pack for the same price. The large tote was used on a trip, as my carry on for the plane and as a tote to the ball park for a week…no issues with the cork fabric on the body of the bag. I’ve been using the purse for about a month and again, have had no issues with the fabric flaking. There is some minor, really have to look closely, flaking on the straps at the edges. It’s nice and light weight and has a smooth texture. It irons out smoothly too. I did not iron for the picture so you could see what it looks like after use. Very pleased with the product and will definitely be purchasing again for future projects!

I purchased this to complete a small bag I was making. It is not quilt store quality. It is very thin, almost paper like and it looks cheap. Will not buy again.

I was making a diaper bag. I had cork I purchased from a quilt shop. To complete the bag I needed more, so I ordered this hoping it would match the piece I already had. It matched completely, but as soon as I touched it I could feel the difference in quality. The quilt shop piece was thicker, softer and more pliable. It sews nicely but it creases easily and not sure how well it will hold up. To make a good bag, look for a thicker cork vinyl.

I buy a lot of cork and first and last buying this cork. It is as thin as paper. Very disappointed and going back!

I actually sent this fabric back. I work with cork daily but this stuff was super thin and felt cheap. It’s not something I would recommend seeing with. Maybe basic gluing crafts but that it.

I love this product!! It seems soft and fragile but very durable and holds well with other materials such as leather. Will definitely purchase this item again.
