Bought these as a birthday gift for my friend. She already owns a pair of these cooling socks and says they work wonderfully to help with her neuropathy. They stay cool for about 30 minutes. Very soft and comfortable to wear. She loves that it has a pocket on the top of the foot to hold an ice pack along with the bottom of the foot. It also has a pocket for the heel of your foot.

Fabulous fantastic product! I had surgery and developed CRPS. So at night my foot has hot flare ups! These slipper socks are perfect! You put the sock + ice packs in the freezer together with the packs in the pouches readyvto go. Wonderful product!

They run a bit small i ordered the largest and they were hard for me to get on and lil short on my foot

I get hot feet during the night postpartum and these are seriously the best thing ever. I keep the cold packs in the freezer during the day and then wear the socks overnight. They don’t stay cold the entire night, but they keep me from waking up with hot feet throughout the night! Seriously could not live without these now that I have them. I like how the heel/top of feet ice pack is removable since I don’t need that part of my foot cold. The sock itself is very soft and the small/medium size fits great on my 6.5 shoe size. Ordered a pair for my mother-in-law who has plantar fasciitis. If you suffer from hot feet, don’t hesitate to buy these, they’re the best!!

For unknown reasons, my feet feel hot at night. These bring relief so I can sleep. The large cold pack on the sole is great. I love the second smaller insert because I can cool the top of my foot, and by not fully inserting it into the top pocket, I can avoid making my toes too cold. I don’t need cold on my ankles, but there is also a pocket to use the second insert on the Achilles tendon.

My foot, when healthy is very narrow and runs 7-7.5. I am unable to wear the size small with my swollen foot/ankle - I am 6 weeks post surgery. Product does not stretch at all. I had hopes that a product marketed for an injured body part might have some “give” to it. The heel seam run short even for my uninsured foot.

Terrible: (1) NatraCure Cold Therapy Socks - Reusable Foot Ice Pack - Size: Small/Medium claim to be good for up to women's size 11 but they are not big enough to fit my 10.5 feet.(2) Delivery info from Amazon said item was returnable "NatraCure Cold Therapy Socks - Reusable Foot Ice Pack - ... Size: Small/Medium Return items: Eligible through May 31, 2025"The socks are NOT used: I did not unwrap them but measured the package against my foot.But there is no way I can get help from Amazon to facilitate this return and refund.

For some weird reason, my feet get overly warm in the evening - perhaps it's because I'm on them most of the day. But, these cooling socks are the best. I even fall asleep with them. I recently used them after standing on my feet in heels at a fundraising event for hours and hours. My feet were swollen, tired and tender. Ice is such a healing force. By the next morning, I was back on my feet for my daily walk. You won't regret getting these socks. They can be used as a warming therapy too, but I've never tried that. I generally only use the cooling / icing effect. The sock itself is soft and stretchy to fit a range of sizes. I have the pink pair too!
