Bought for my husbands nan's ashes. I bought it him as a surprise, he was over the moon, it's a lovely well made, good quality pendant x

I would like to place a complaint re item bought. This item was bought as a gift for cremation Necklace purposes for my sibling to place my recently deceased mother's ashes in. I travelled from the Uk to South Africa for this purpose, only to arrive at the funeral on the day, and the Necklace hole for the ashes is only the size for the sealing screw to fit it! We could not put any ashes in or the screw would not close. This caused a lot of unnecessary trauma on the day as I had broughtthe necklace which was unable to hold my mom's remains. This is NOT what was advertised, and totally unacceptable. The trauma caused by this is beyond mention! I cannot fly back to SA to give my sibling a new one, and now have to purchase a new one and post it to them at my expense. Please contact me to lodge the complaint with your customer services

Really difficult to put ashes into pendant, couldn’t use it as intended

I actually can not give any stars at all for this ‘tat’ but there is a no star option..!! That’s mhe screw does not sit flush, there is no room what do ever to get even the smallest amount of ashes into it. The little ‘funnel’ that you use to try to get ashes into the item is oversized. Complete rubbish..
