The media could not be loaded.  I bought this product at the beginning of February as a gift for my wife. I got it on time and was dead when we first used it. Not a big deal. Plug it in to charge and wouldn’t charge. The trick is have to push in a little hard to get it to go all the way in. And then it charged no problem. Was advertised to last 4-6 hours. It only lasted about an hour and a half when fully charged. Now I must say I would use it at the highest setting. I understand that it was not going to come close to the 6 hour mark. I wasn’t even expecting 4 hours. Maybe 3 considering the setting. So that was a let down. But continued to use it until it sounded like something broke inside. A loud rattle when using it. I thought maybe the big ball wasn’t in there quite right. So I took it out and turned it on. Still had the rattling. No problem I’ll exchange it. Things happen I get that.Got the replacement one. This one charged better and lasted a lot longer. Was pretty quiet all considering. Then a week later it started to rattle again, just like the first one. Now I would sit about 8 feet from the tv on the couch. We had to turn the sound up with the surround sound to hear what was being said in the show or movie. That’s how loud it was rattling. So wasn’t real happy, but then then LED on the back started to come undone. Holding it for a long period of time is not very comfortable either and would even start to get pretty hot. Like there isn’t enough ventilation. So that’s when I said I’m done.I understand it’s only about 50 dollars. I didn’t expect it to last forever. However two units in about two weeks is pretty bad. I know I’m ripping this apart, and it may have been a bad batch but I would say if you are in the market for a massager, save your money and get a more decent one. This one was pretty disappointing and I didn’t even have high hopes to begin with.

The massager was good but it only lasted about six months after that it didn't want to charge up or turn on.

This simple and easy to use device has been great for my wife as she rehabs from a mastectomy. On the low setting it has gently massaged the incision line and sped up the healing and her recovery time.

The display screen seemed not to be glued on properly. I still use this every day and it does have a great battery life.

Great product, good quality and I recommend it

Mine didn’t come with a charger cord and none of my cords that fit are “powerful” enough to charge it.

My 3rd time using it today and the dumb thing basically jammed and then malfunctioned. Now it's a big hunk of plastic that it's case is worth more than the product. I liked it to begin with... but that obviously didn't last long.

I purchased in March 2021 and now it is worthless does not recharge a big waste of money
