Is this made from real leather or is it PU leather? I notice another product that looks exactly the same as this one that’s about $20 cheaper.

It’s leather on the side that touches your lower lumbar. The other side is not, but it’s ok by me, for if it were, it would probably not stay in place when in contact with my leather seat. It also zips open so that you can wash the cushion inside (not sure why you would want to) or change it.
