Mostly like it...
I got this iron to use for both home and travel because I prefer a lightweight iron. I iron frequenly and heavy irons exhaust me. This iron is pretty good overall. It's lightweight, easy to fill the water tank with the included cup, it glides well over fabric, the handle is comfy to hold, heats up nicely and packs away into a foil-lined black zipper pouch that comes with it. It feels well made.Even though it's a travel iron, it's easy and efficient to iron with. I'm happy with how my clothes look without much effort. You can adjust the heat and steam settings to your preferences, although it's not marked "cotton, polyester, linen", etc. If you've been ironing for a while, you probably know which settings to use anyway. There's also a steam surge feature for getting wrinkles out of something on a hanger or curtains.I have noticed that after ironing for a while, I'll start to get a few drops of water on the clothes. I don't overfill the water tank and the seal seems to close tight, so maybe this is from steam build up? They're drops, not a leak and it's not a major problem, but I thought I'd point it out.I've also found that if I'm not careful when I set it down (upright), it can tip to the right (on the side of the cord) and tip over. Because it's a small iron, the base is also small, so just be sure to set it down squarely on your ironing board and then this shouldn't happen. It's not perfect, but for the price, it's a nice little easy-to-pack travel iron with some convenient features.

Handle design is problematic but ideal size for quilting
I loved this at first, but I dropped it twice (it is less stable than a regular sized iron), and I think that was the death of it. My first problem was that when filling the iron, it overflowed even though I followed the fill line on the cup. I determined that filling the cup half full (1/4 cup or less) was about the right amount. I have heard that overfilling can lead to water spitting. Even after using an (adjusted) appropriate amount, I had water leaking out when heating the iron. I believe that was due to the damage from dropping, as the handle fell off later, and I took a look at the inside of the unit. There are two small tubes that connect from the handle to the sole plate area where the steam comes out, and mine got disconnected. The handle connected to a metal bar, but the plastic was so flimsy it broke. At first it wiggled a bit, but would be solid to push on, then it just fell off. This one lasted less than a month, and the last time I dropped a regular iron, it was functional for another 6 months. I will probably replace it with a "no handle" grip the top style travel iron.

Did not meet my expectations - would not recommend
I have had this iron for a few months. If you are like me, and you travel a lot, you have become accustomed to the hotel game "Will this iron burn my clothes?" I have found that even nice hotels use the same crappy Sunbeam irons. Some leak all over (broken reservoir), some will not generate steam even when set to full steam (and thus burn your clothes), some create weak steam, etc. In an effort to avoid this, I decided to buy this iron and travel with it permanently. Unfortunately, it was not to be - this iron does not meet my needs. Here are my two cents:Pros-Small, portable, light weight-Extra long chord which is nice-Carry bag is nice and easily accommodates the iron and chord-Can accommodate both 120V & 240V electricityCons-Iron has a tendency to fall off of the ironing board with even a slight bump to the ironing board-Spits water on clothes (see pic)-Water will leak from the top of the iron (near the fill spout), which is covered by a weak silicone plug-Does not have an automatic shut off capability (if you leave it plugged in) which could be a MAJOR problem-Steam generation is not as powerful as I would like

Handle broke after first month!
I did not like this little iron. The heating part functions fine. However, the ergonomic design of the handle was awkward to me (like grabbing someone's thumb), the sliding temperature control is inconveniently placed, and the kiss of death was that the little plastic latch which supposedly makes the handle able to fold in for neat storage (in a suitcase) BROKE after the first month. The little plastic teeth, or gear, that should hold it in position is either gone or worn down, so that now when I use it, that handle ratchets and flops back and forth, and the iron flops about while I try to use it. Seemed very cheaply made. Might be okay for very light, occasional use, but I was using it as a craft iron in the sewing room, and it could not hold up to that (although that, too, is pretty occasional use!).

The first time I used this, I filled it ...
The first time I used this, I filled it using the little measuring cup provided. I didn't even fill it all the way and it leaked water all over my project and new ironing pad. The lever to adjust the heat level is a bit tight and hard to slide up, or down. I will give it another try without water and see how goes.

Meh
Used it for sewing project. Several unimportant plastic pieces fell off the back as I was opening it. It seemed smudged as though someone had handled it. Toggle switch to turn on is cheap and unstable. Took a while to heat up. I guess you get what you pay for.

Love it!
No discount or etc. bought and paid for product! Works well, exceptionally well! Exceeding my expectations! I work and travel to countries around the world. Even in climates where it is not necessary to iron your clothes,, for me it is a force of habit and relaxing somehow! So, this product provides excellent temperature settings, steam, etc. I can iron any fabric, today, I ironed, silk, cotton and some blends...Awesome!
