Sadly, as much as I had hoped these would work, they didn't for me. So disappointed. I was taking up to 4 a day along with my usual healthy mediterranean style diet and the promise of better movement never transpired sadly. In fact, (sorry if this is too much detail) but it was like trying to push out rock hard pebbles and that ain't good when you suffer from hemorrhoids also. I also found that I had a permanent soapy taste in my mouth after taking the capsules which wasn't pleasant at all. So, back to the laxatives until some other magic potion comes along.

Recommended to me to help keep my body regular. Certainly do the job in a gentle and predictable way. Wouldn’t be without them now. Just a shame they cost as much as they do.

I am on my third bottle now - the best and most gentle product I have tried for a slow digestive system.

It’s ok. It did help a little with constipation, but it gave me unpleasant stomach cramps & made me more bloated/windy. Possibly because it contains senna, which tends to disagree with me! So, not as gentle as I’d hoped. I’ve now started taking a good pro biotic instead, which really helps.

As I’m in my forties and it’s very common for mature age women to get constipated. It works well and I don’t eat regularly but is effective. The pills are big is size no doubt , leaves behind a flavour of fennel seeds in mouth and I love it. It’s a good product to have and eating vegetables helps too.
