We wanted to improve lighting in a dark corner. This floor lamp is perfect for our needs. The uplighter casts a reflective glow towards the ceiling, the adjustable spot lamp provides a good detail light. The lamp comes complete with LED lights, no need to buy any bulbs, and both sections have switches to dim the lamps. The base is heavily weighted and sturdy. Very pleased with this purchase. I cannot say about ease of assembly as a friend did this for us in the blink of an eye while we were out of the room; he has assembled this type of lamp before.

Generally good value for the money, unfortunately one cannot replace the lamps, when the lamps go the whole light is useless and will require replacing.

Received this lamp this morning. Putting it together is easy enough but it’s very shoddily made, the screw in the smaller spotlight is placed in crooked and won’t go in any other way, the directional stick is completely crooked see photos.For the price it’s really not worth it.Wish I’d bought the one that was £50 odd quid from another seller tbh as it had the same specs as this, I wrongly assumed this would be better made.In this case more expensive is NOT better.

Excellent light. Sturdy and well made. A bit fiddly to put together but worth the effort. Very please with my purchase.

Bought to replace a similar halogen lamp which unfortunately gave up the ghost. From the reviews I knew it wasn't going to give the same brightness but it certainly looks the part and I found assembly easy enough on my own. Will certainly consider again when the other halogen light goes, although my wife will miss the brightness for her crafts.
