Fine for the price
This is not a high end gaming mouse. It is quite a large mouse, which is why I purchased it. My old logitech G502 always felt puny and I've been interested in larger mice. There are of course no real special features, nothing that most gamers would consider "premium" outside the ARGB and extra buttons. The software is fine, nothing pretty to look at, no packed with amazing features, but it does what it needs to do.Without a mouse pad, on a wood desk, the pointer accuracy feels low, but this may just be a surface issue. My biggest point of issue is the mouse wheel. It's a very traditional mouse wheel, and not very sensitive or easy to move. In fact if I keep scrolling down, after a few revolutions it starts to feel... gritty, like two pieces of plastic rubbing against each other with a textured resistance... and sure enough upon opening it, this would be because there are two pieces of plastic directly rubbing on the left side of the wheel. This mouse wheel is not what a gamer would be looking for. With all that said, this is an 8$ mouse, not a 60$ one, and for the price, I feel the value is completely there.

ok for $10
Overall, ok for the price.Pros:Software is ok, but to obtain it, I had to email their support. I could not find it on the Teknet website, and when I emailed support for the web link, I was asked to provide an email to send the software to.It has a lower thumb rest. The gripping rubber on the thumb side works well and has no smell. The LEDs can all be disabled.Cons:The mouse wheel feels cheap when spun. The grooves on the right side don't really work. My fingers slip right out of them. Gripping rubber like is used for the thumb would have been much better. The sniper button DPI cannot be adjusted. (Yes, I asked Support). Note that if you want a sniper button, the position needs to be just right so that just a tilt of the thumb actuates it. The optimum distance for your hand is a combination of where the heel of your hand rests on the mouse and the thumbwheel location relative to the sniper button. It is a little too far forward for my hand, but would probably be ok for longer hands/thumbs. OTOH the mouse wheel location was good for my hand/middle finger.

Setup software immediately flagged and deleted by antivirus. Revised
To get the driver you have to download them. A little confused getting the drivers, then find the drivers download as an .rar type file. So have to find something to open .rar files. Then when I get 7-zip to open and save the file, Norton antivirus immediately flags the setup.exe file as unsafe and deletes the setup file.Changed review from 1 to 5 star. After 24hr responses from customer support (if your contacting them, provide the order number and where you purchased the item to save correspondence time). Decided to temporarily disable Norton Data Protector and ran setup with no problem. Fairly straight forward mouse control window appears and after a bit of tinkering around created macro to change the buttons as needed. Side note. My mouse working area is a bit uneven. My old mouse is an E-blue product and other than extra buttons I wanted works very well on the existing surface. The Techknet mouse did not work as well on the same surface, the cursor would stop moving. After switching to a newer, even surface, no more tracking problems with the Tecknet.

a giant size good quality, precise ARGB gaming mouse.. not for those with baby hands.
Good: For the price its amazing how expensive it looks and feels, nice weight, rgb looks good, accurate precision sensor for gaming.Bad: After very heavy use RMB kinda squeaky during fast repetative clicking.thumb rest rubber pad has started moving due to weak adhesive which is extremely sticky and slimy. Also could be good or bad but i expected a much smaller mouse, im average size, i wear adult size large gloves and this mouse is way too massive for my little baby hands. its a mouse for giants. Because of this i rarely use the thumb sniper button or the triple fire button they are just too far to comfortably reach quickly. Also software was very difficult to find but works perfect once correct version found.Anyway it still works and looks good. im happy overall totally worth it for the price. 4* approved and certified.

Non-Existent Software Download
I'm sending this mouse back for a full, unquestionable refund.I'm fully comfortable giving this a 1 star review because the company that produces this mouse doesn't even have a downloads page for the software for any of their products at all. The actual mouse I bought is fine, truthfully and I really like it, though it does kinda feel a bit cheaply made with thin plastic. That still doesn't mean it gets anything more than 1 star on this review. I mean, how do you advertise your mice as having programmable buttons when there's absolutely nowhere to get the software? They simply refuse to answer your e-mails about it, too. I sent 3 of and haven't heard a single peep out of them. Learn from my mistake, everyone. Get a slightly higher priced mouse or at least one that has convenient software you can get for them.Lastly, I'm going to include a screenshot of how a company's product page for their mice SHOULD look. It's the page for my previous mouse, the Cougar 600M that I bought here on Amazon 4 years ago. I wish I could have bought it again, but it's unavailable now. Notice how there's a convenient little software download button at the bottom. That makes for satisfied customers. TECKNET definitely DOESN'T.
