Q: How do I do the warranty claim?

I don't know I didn't have any problems with mine.

Q: I purchased this a/c compressor. My oil requirement is 7oz. Is the compressor pre-filled with 7oz or do need to drain and fill oil reservoir to 7oz?

I would ask a mechanic but I didn't see any need to drain the oil out they put in it and then re-add oil. The reason I changed my was the clutch was worn out but its been running 6 months and I haven't had any trouble with it.

Q: Will this compressor fit my 1996 ford f150

I would say no. I have a 1995 Ford f150. I bought this compressor for a 2002 Ford Taurus and they look completely different. The truck compressor looks bigger.
