I have purchased two bottles of the postnatal multivitamin. After a few days I felt the difference in my energy. I felt like I was less exhausted. I really enjoyed the breastmilk boosting milk blend. It was helpful to keep my milk supply steady. I like that the milk blend was free of Fenugreek, which is hard on my stomach. I would recommend to any recovering mother.

These pills have done wonders for my post partum healing journey. They give me so much energy throughout the day and have also increased my milk production. I usually experience post partum hair loss with my other children, however I have not this time around. I am not sure if these vitamins are helping me maintain my hair, but I do believe so. If you have not purchased, do not hesistate in doing so, you will not regret.

I am so excited about these Postnatal vitamins!! I’ve been taking gummy prenatals the last few years that have given me some dental issues and have some additives I never liked. (I only settled because I can’t stand the smell of most prenatals or swallow the huge horse pills!) I’ve been looking for a prenatal for several months now (9 months postpartum) that was affordable, didn’t smell bad, and was NOT a horse pill, and I came across the GoBiotix Postnatal vitamins. First of all, I didn’t even realize postnatal vitamins existed!!😍 Once I looked at the ingredients and nutrients in the vitamins, I realized this was exactly what I’ve been looking for. All the nutrients I need (without bad additives!) to support a very big baby now as I continue to full time breastfeed, plus added benefits of things like biotin for hair growth. They’re also easy to swallow and don’t smell bad!!😍 I’ve only been taking them a few days now but they are FANTASTIC. I will be buying these from now on!

I chose to try these based off other reviews.. maybe some are just more sensitive to the ingredients then others.. i dont know. I’m someone who is sensitive to lots of soaps and lotions and metals so maybe the ingredients just does not work for me or my baby. I took it for a week straight to be sure. After two days of taking it my son had super painful gas that was causing screaming fits, he and I both became constipated. The powder capsules aren’t great to swallow, I swallowed them one at a time due to the fact that they float in your mouth full of water. I’m bummed I wanted to like these… can’t say I notice any increase in mood or breast milk production neither.

I got these because I'm exclusively breastfeeding and although this is my 4th child, she's the first to actually latch and take to me and it's been great! However, I was getting REALLY depleted and I was taking a prenatal that just weren't getting the job done. These, for the short time I've had them, have been really great! My brain fog has started to lift, I'm less tired from vitamin deficiencies and overall I just feel better. My milk supply was fine before but it really seems like this has helped, my baby is very happy with that. I never really thought about postnatals before now, wish I had, but better late than never. Flavor is what you'd expect from a multivitamin, not much you can do about that and the pills are a fairly decent size, so one at a time but overall it's worth it.
