Is there any plate ?** A: Sorry, due to the hole is too big, it can’t be installed even with another cover. We don’t have such a big lock nut . The lock nut can only fit 3.8cm/1.49inch hole at most. **Q: The faucet won’t stay tight, this is a constant battle. Is there a fasenter with the screw tightner available in this size?** A: I have the same issue with the faucet not staying tight to the counter. Try Loc-tight. **Q: Does the tip of the faucet unscrew for the addition of a water purifier?** A: Dear customer We are glad that you can choose Heyalan, because this product is only applicable to cold water or hot water, and the thread is not applicable to all water purifiers, so we do not recommend you use it with the water purifier. **Q: Exactly how is the 60cm long water hose 3/8" thread connected to the faucet? The diagram provided shows .8" diameter threads for the bottom end.** A: I just recently put a new hose on it: a better washer. The .8" end goes on the faucet, hand tight. the 3/8s end goes on the supply. I spent a long time thinking about how to set up a portable dishwasher in our kitchen without spending a fortune on piping, fittings and other things needed, and this ended up being my solution. Some reviews on here made me nervous because they mention the aerator threads were non-existent on this faucet, but I didn't have an issue with that, I just carefully threaded the dishwasher's fitting on and it's been fine through repeated use. The supplied hose worked fine for me as well, the only extra thing I had to purchase to install this was a 3/8" x 3/8" x 3/8" stop valve tee. Fittings were normal, no adapters or anything needed like other reviews mention. Installing was quick and easy, just used a 22mm holesaw and cut through my fiberglass sink. For how cheap this is, the finish and functionality are surprisingly good. Cheap, easy and effective solution to hooking a portable dishwasher without having to worry about your normal faucet being used for it.
