Boraam Myrtle Counter Height Stool, 24-Inch, Wheat Wire-Brush

These checked all of my boxes; swivel but not easy to just spin in which we like, lower back that is comfortable and functional, nice sized seat and very sturdy, both for me at 5’4” and my husband who is 6’. And they fit under the counter well. My husband and I love the style, mix of materials. Easy to put together, instructions were easy to understand, parts well labeled. Highly recommend!!

1st let me say that l've looked and looked for what I thought would be the perfect counter stool for our new home and kitchen! Then I found these! I've attempted ordering these stools several times from 3 different vendors, and each time I would get an email reply of something like, "We're sorry. Your order is delayed due to product being out of stock. Delivery date unknown." I'm SO glad I was patient, and a few months later they popped up on Amazon, and were available for Prime - 2 day delivery! So I ordered them without hesitation, and they came right on time! My fiancé put each of them together in about 30 mins. They're packaged well along with all the hardware and tools required for assembly. 1 out the 4's frame was cracked, and had to be returned (easy peasy), and a replacement was sent within the next two days. They appear very much as pictured. They feel very sturdy and seem to be well made. The swivel spins 360^ and is smooth (when sitting). I love that there is no fabric to try and keep clean. The wicker covered seat is fairly comfy, and I love the blend of materials used in this product. The wood is a nice medium color with a bit of gray/white wash for a rustic appeal. I have nothing bad to say at this point. They're wonderful! Will update if there are any future problems.

Easy to assemble. The seat is large and soooo comfortable. One of the legs have a slight crack in it. I contacted the company. I was sent two replacement legs. They contacted me several times to let me know it was on the way and made sure I received it. Wonderful customer service. I love love love this stool. It is beautiful and extremely well-made. It is very heavy. Don't hesitate to purchase stool. You won't regret it!

I purchased an open box at a discounted price through Amazon. Disappointedly the screws were missing and no instruction manual. I was about to return the item, but instead directly reached out to the manufacturer to see if they can send me replacement screws. I emailed Boraam and received an email back the following morning that they will send me screws at no cost and no hassle. Received the screws and manual within less than a week. Easily put the chair together. Comfortable to sit in. The seat is very wide and swivels with ease. I am so happy with the purchase, Boraam customer service, and looks amazing in my kitchen. I was only able to get one chair and still waiting for restock to buy 2 more.

I purchased 2 of these stools — I am extremely impressed. The quality is above par, everything was included, and it was not hard to assemble. They appear more expensive than they are. Very, very pleased!

The big problem right out of the box is the black paint is peeled off the backrest and there is rust on the metal.These are the wire brushed.The shipping came early, which is great but now I have to figure out what to do with it. I began to put the first one together and can't continue. Bummed- now to figure out who to call to get this replaced or returned

These stools are very sturdy but the material used to fabricate the back is rough. It snags your clothing when you sit or lean against the back. The color is more green than barn like shade. They swivel when you are sitting but do not turn easily to re-re position. The seat is more of a reed than wicker, it also splinters.

I have had 5 of these for 6 years and they are still looking perfect and look great at my island counter. No idea why these would be listed as a frequently returned item. they are sturdy, large seats, very mobile, and a wonderful aesthetic.
