Very sturdy, I just wish the two....curves that guide your arms were a bit closer to eachother. I find it cuts your breath pretty bad especially the more weight you're using it with as it is pressing right unde the chest.

This product fits me well as an average sized man. Adjustable length of the neck strap allows for a perfect position to be found. I've been using this to curl 20kg dumbbells, and there is no flex or movement in the plate. Very affordable and effective for a home gym setup.
