Solid Protection
Solid protection. Used for both attack and defense. Doesn't restrict movement on defense and protects against pokes (and slashes) on attack. A million times better than my old STX guards. The sleve portion on the inside helps keep them in place and prevents abrasions when you take the swing of a player taking a shot.

Excellent protection and good movement
These arm/elbow guards are great for our 14-year old lacrosse player. They're just a smidgen too big but will fit for several years.
