After installing the product worked as described. I am very happy with the results. I would recommend it to any pond owner.

I got sick of replacing my light in my sealed filter and decided to by an external uv source. This is a bit of overkillfor my small pond, but it was used and cheaper than the next size down. It did what I needed though.

Terrible instructions with miss spelled words, even on the box that it came in. Doesn’t say if it can be mounted horizontal or vertical. Doesn’t say if you can have the intake and exit on the same side. Cheap plastic. I had difficulty fitting my existing tubing.Having said all of the above, this unit works great. Started clearing my 700 gallon koi pond within 24 hours. I’ve had it working for 2 months now and my pond is crystal clear.Be mindful when putting this unit together( cheap plastic) . Go slow and easy and don’t over tighten anything. No leaks.

Fast delivery works great install was easy for my use. Clear from green to clean in days of installing photo are 15 days running this great uv clarifier should have done this addition years ago thanks

Works great so far. I hooked the UV clarifier up July 5th (top pic) and by the morning of July 7th (bottom pic) I could see the bottom of my pond.Edit - The last photo is a 1 month update. My pond is finally looking good and I'm so happy!

My wife and I have been battling issues with our pond for 6 months, and the latest problem was floating algae for a couple months now. We spent hundreds of dollars on products and treatments. I have so much crap in my garage now. I was so sick of wasting money, and at one point we almost killed our fish because one product we bought had really poor instructions on it. The UV light was our last resort. If this didn’t work, we were going to fill the pond in - I’m serious.The light has been installed for about 5 days (see pictures before and after) and I am seeing INCREDIBLE results already. I could not be happier and I just wish we had factored it into the original pond design from the start, as it would have been easier to install. Live and learn I suppose.Keep in mind - this light is HUGE. I thought it was a small thing that would fit in our skimmer box. Nope. We had to get creative with hiding it.I highly recommend if you are dealing with floating algae. Our pond is about 500 gallons.

We put in a pond that was in full sun all day. Immediately the water turned green- we couldn't see a thing! Within 12 hrs we started to notice improvement and by the morning of day 3 the water was completely clear. Don't bother with fancy filters or water treatments. This will do the trick!We are new to ponds and the installation took us a little while to figure out in regards to running our lines and electricity. Otherwise it was very easy to install! Our unit had everything put together. We just had to open it and plug the bulb in!

Bought this to clear algae from a 2000 gallon pond, and it has worked very well. It took about a week to get the water clear, and since then, the water has been very clear of algae. The device itself it fairly big and heavy so it will need a strong mounting plate to prevent it from moving. The only criticism I would have is the pipe intake and exhaust connectors. It would have been nice if the kit came with a couple 'L' connectors that would fit the couplings, since the connector coupling is specific to this unit and there are no parts you can buy that would fit it. I had to use a short section of pipe and a flex hose to get the desired result, which was not easy.
