I had a struggle setting this up, it required more troubleshooting than I anticipated. However, I got it up and working. I have a ZooMed mister and that thing is so NOISY, this is much more quiet!

I love this product, until it stops working. I’ve had two that have stopped misting and the motors stop running! The lights are still on, but it won’t spray water. I never let it run out of water or burn up so it’s a quality problem.

When I first set it up, I had an issue with flooding. Instead of having both of the sprinklers in, I took one out and cut the tube accordingly. It mists perfectly now and no more flooding accidents! This is compatible with the Reptizoo digital thermometer hygrometer temperature controller (in case you were looking for something to pair it with). I have the timer set to 0 so it comes on as needed. You have to play around with the duration and power to see what is suitable for your particular set up. It doesn't seem to go through that much water so thats economical if you buy spring water for your amphibians. Overall this is a wonderful mister!

The Mechanics of it never worked right it would shut off then I would tap on the top lightly and it would turn back on. I only bought it a couple of months ago and now it doesn't work at all.

I've had this running on a veiled chameleon enclosure for about a month. The programmability of this thing isn't very sophisticated, but it has a trick that works very well for me: set it for continuous duty, and then plug it into a smart plug.I have one automation that runs mist for a few minutes right before sunrise and another right after sunset.I have another automation as a sort of watchdog, if the smart plug stays on for more than a few minutes, then shut it off.So setting the mister into a "dumb" mode and letting the smart plug do the hard work, this is now something that "just works" for me, and I just have to top off the water from time to time.

I live in a high altitude desert, even in the winter it's very dry here. I was having a very hard time keeping my reptiles habitat humid enough. This product completely solved my problem, now I only have to mist manually once a day. Easy to set up and easy to use, awesome product!

This is useless garbage I wasted my money on- mine does not function at all and support told me to “follow the directions” literally non functioning and support was infuriating

Looked at plant water systems for my chameleon cage. Ran across this. It's sooo much better than the plant systems. Will end up buying the larger size. One for my chameleon cage and the other for my house plants. Great product. Had it a couple of months no problems.

When I first purchased this unit in August (About 5 months ago) it was easy to set up and worked well. A few months in however I started to have some issues. I attributed it to hard water and have tried washing out the spouts by soaking them in vinegar then washing them before reattaching them, it help at first. This last couple times however has done nothing and the spouts are completely inoperable. The unit turns on and it dribbles a little and then shuts off. I have now taken the system completely out of the terrarium. For the cost I expected a system that would last more than a few months.

Works great, but the timer function doesn't really work well so I have it on a smart plug, and the suction cups suck.

Set up was super easy. Leaked in one area when I 1st turned it on but I just reconnected the hose and problem was solved. Timer didn't seem to work for the 24 hr mode so I did what another review said and used a smart plug.
