helped very much with pain in my joints. i did notice when my old one that i had on for years broke ,and i was not wearing it how i felt.

I had one before but lost the band got more flexible /loose !!but now found now got 2 ?

At this stage it would be easier to describe where I don't have Osteoarthritis so I really do appreciate the relief, both physically & mentally, where I can find it. Meds can only do so much.What works best for me is to have a bracelet with many decent quality strong magnets on each wrist & worn 24/7.I have a drawer full of all sorts of bracelets, cheap &expensive, but this is really one of the best.Thank you.
