BeetelFwp 4G Fixed Line Wireless Phone With 4G Hotspot Supports Reliance Jio And Other Major Platforms

I purchased this for my grandmother and the phone is working fine. I was skeptical about the quality of the product earlier but the product works absolutely fine as claimed. In between i had some minor issue with the phone. I though the customer care will be for name sake and there wont be any support. But i was surprised that both the customer care number and the mail responded back to me and sorted out my issue in no time. kudos to the beetel team.

Good for office use

I have bought three units of Beetel F3 4G Fixed Landline Wireless Phone with Hotspot. My purpose, is to provide internet in the room and a dedicated fixed home calling number for all. It was good for the initial period, but after 6 months, it started frequent display jam, the screen went dark for hours, and I removed the battery to refix the same. After a year, the battery life significantly decreased, resulting in a one-hour hotspot connection and six hours without hotspot connection. As of now,  I always have it plugged in, the phone will shut off if the power goes out. There is no after-sale service available, and I have to pay an additional Rs 600 for spare parts such as batteries. I'm dissatisfied with the product because it's not reliable.

Value for money

Just purchased a Beeteel FWP 4G landline for my house. I have inserted a Jio 4G sim in it. It's an excellent phone which cost me Rs 5099 { Prime Delivery }.Setting it up was very easy. There is a booklet inside, just follow the instructions.The great part is that it is right next to my TV set and I use the Hospot to connect to my TV and watch Prime Video as well as Netflix and YouTube, as I have taken a daily 2GB data plan.It's been just three days since I have been using it and I am quite happy with it.The only thing is , to put the ring tone OFF, in case I do not wish to be disturbed by any phone calls or sms's, I have to go in the menu and use all the methods to silence the ringtones.It would have been nice if they had provided the normal ringer ON or OFF switch by the side. Life would have been that much simpler.
