Q: Does it come with Helium? How long could it last after two-days shipping? Will it still float or it will fall?

These do not come inflated. You’ll need to get them inflated yourself. Most supermarkets or other venues like party stores will inflate your balloons for 1-2 bucks depending on size.

Q: How do I inflatable these? What stores can do this? Target?

We've taken balloons we have purchased on Amazon to either local party supply stores and as long as it's balloons they don't carry they will typically fill them no problem or grocery stores that sell flowers and such, have never had a problem with a grocery store doing it.

Q: Is a large helium tank 14.9 cu ft enough to fill these up?

Don’t think so. The three and the 3D Thomas one are huge
