Missing Parts and sent previous customer return
Ordered one chair to add to two we already had. The chair we received was faulty as the legs did not sit even so Atlantic Shipping agreed to send a replacement. This was received after being messed about by DPD in a beaten up box, with the chair poorly wrapped, missing the spare legs and the nuts and bolts just thrown in the bottom of the chair with some missing. This was obviously a previous customer return so I raised this with AS who basically didn't care!!! I left this review on their website and they did not publish it! Nuff said.
