Suprisingly comfortable and portable. Supports my whole upper body in a relaxed, balanced position. My formerly constant pain has been reduced by at least 80%. I never thought such a thing was possible. I'm ordering another, for my car. Highly recommended. Update, this leader after one week of use I bought two more of these fantastic support cushions. I now have one in my car, and for the first time instead of Simply sitting on my seat, I'm actually sitting cradled in my car seats. So now, I have one at my desk, in my car, and one that I used to take with me whenever I go to the movies, or any place I need to be able to sit comfortably. Very light, very portable, very durable. A 5 + * product.

Love this seat cushion. I bought one for myself and one for Dad since he suffers from back pain, and I had to give mine as a second one since his was so effective helping him with his leg neuropathy symptoms he wanted an extra one for his car and keep his for use around the house. This relief was an unexpected result! Leg neuropathy has affected his lifestyle very much, with very limited relief except from drugs that knock him out. He has been unable to sit for long periods of time due to leg pain. Which the Coccyx seat cushion he is now able to stay at the dining room table without pain, and visit with us in the living room. It has been a game changer in his lifestyle. Apparently the reason he feels better is because it raises his knees just so, we are guessing it improves circulation to his legs, while keeping his back straight - also relieves his back pain. I did not buy it for this purpose, but the unexpected benefit has been a true gift. Now I have to replace mine! I will send a review on how it helps my back pain once I’m able to try it out.

It helps lesson the pain, but I wish it were thicker or firmer. L5 through L3, S1 and tail bone. An inversion table helps, set at 15 degrees. Anything to delay surgery. I can sit at my desk for an hour with this cushion. I do wish it was firmer and thicker. As the cushion compresses, the pain intensifies unfortunately.

Unfortunately, this didn't work for me because I wear shorts a lot and my bare upper legs touch the very rough fabric. After 1 hour of sitting in it, I had a mesh pattern print on my legs and they hurt. I think the pad overall was okay but I can't use it because of the fabric. My old pad has a very soft cover and is very comfortable but worn out.

After years of using my worn out cushion that I had before (that crappy black one from Bed Bath & Beyond lol) & w getting into a full-time office job. The support for my injured hip & odd shaped tailbone was needed more than ever before! 8 long hours on those darn uncomfortable desk chairs. I was skeptical about buying at first, but loved how sleek & well thought of the design / features this product was given. The moment it came in the mail, I put it on my TILE FLOOR & sat down on it for the ultimate test! The minute I felt NO PRESSURE on my tailbone & the tension relief on my lowerback, I literally said "WOW" out loud. I felt like my butt was floating on a cloud. I finally took it to work & gave it the 8 hours test at the office; made my back have so much LESSER pain from before. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! I got it for a steal at $25 compared to other sites, but the price is worth it either way!

It takes getting used to but I used it for a 13 hour flight, and it made a world of a difference to my back. I half expected some pain after sitting for that long, but in the end there was pure bliss which for me is no pain. Definitely recommend. Takes a lot of pressure of the tail bone.

We ordered this to replace a very similar seat cushion that our dog peed on. It turned out this one was made to look identical to the original one we had, but this cushion is so hard that it's terribly uncomfortable. We're likely just going to throw it away.

I am sorry I bought this, and now it is too late to return it. I kept using it even thought my front areas were getting squeezed by the "horn" that is in the front of this cushion. Then, I couldn't take it anymore and stopped using it. I have thought a few times of cutting out the entire front section, but have yet to do that. In the meantime, my pelvic floor therapist showed me how to make a better seat cushion out of a rolled up towel. I am also using stacks of socks that I am sitting on, one stack on either side of my tush. At least now, my man parts are not getting crushed. Otherwise, I feel like this was $25 down the drain. It's not poorly made, but might be better suitable for a female than a male.
