The listing for this item is that there are 2 pieces, i.e., 2 filters. There is only one. For 2 filters, the price is excellent, but for just 1 filter, the price is high.

This item was advertised as having two filters. But it only has one. The price was probably accurate, but the description was inaccurate.

I once bought an off-brand HEPA filter for the Miele (Filtrete), but found that it did not seal as well, and so, from that time forward, I have only purchased the brand name filters for my 3 Miele vacs. I change them once every year, although the newer ones have some strange timer on them that I haven't been able to figure out.What I do know is that they set into position and feel as if they are sealing properly. I see/smell no particulate coming from the exhaust of the machine. The 3 ply bags are probably all that is necessary, but for $150/year (3 vacs), the peace of mind is worth it.

These things seem to work great. No more sneezing when I vacuum, now. These only need to be changed every few months. Good product for a great vacuum cleaner.

They work great but the price is a rip IMHO. Installation is foolproof. The time to change indicator is unnecessary IMO.

I have a MIele Marin C3 that takes these filters and they fit perfectly. These are genuine Miele filters and an incredible value! These generally go for $35-45 each online and more in your local vac shop. Here they are only $22 each. This is my second time ordering and there have been no issues.

Fits and works perfect as original filter.

This filter is True HEPA with a very longh life. Genuine Miele Product, for sure.
