It came looking damaged, but really wasn't. My son came for dinner, we couldn't get starter to work. He went on line, had it working within 3 minutes. I love the younger generation. Of course he already had one.

I'm impressed with the assembly, how sold it is. Waiting to cook on it. I will be posting with a review when I do.

Everything about the griddle is as advertised, and it works very well for making bigger meals. However, it is heavy to move around. Definitely takes two people. Also, mine arrived with an incorrect part. It did not affect the use of the griddle. The company was easy to work with and I'm awaiting the replacement part.

I CAN COOK A LOT OF DIFFERENT THINGS AT ONCE ON THIS GRIDDLE AND VERY FAST TOO. CLEAN-UP IS SUPER EASY AFTER YOU SEASON IT RIGHT. AND THE SIDE SHELVES THAT FOLD OVER THE TOP OF THE GRILL ARE A SUPER PLUS FOR THIS TO KEEP UNWANTED THINGS OFF THE TOP OF THE GRILL.

My husband loves this new BBQ! We'll made and worth the money.

Thought this might be an option but it’s not. Defective parts and one step of assembly completely missing from instruction booklet. Griddle top is warped right out of the box! Manufacturer does not have replacement part “in stock.” It’s one thing to make a bad product but not to take care of a problem… no way.

Great big cooking space and legs fold up for easy travel.Shelves fold to cover top and this seemed to be bent so we couldn't get both sides to close.

Works great. Big cooking surface.
