Whatsapp is fully functional and the browser does work in a pinch, though cumbersome to use. This is an ideal dumbphone for those looking to reduce their screen time. Some weaknesses that come to mind, difficult and or impossible to use this phone for directions as their is no location services. If you know where you are you can input the location and destination into google maps and that will work. Also, the phone feels very light in the hands, and is very slippery. I found a leather case here on amazon for it, hopefully this will resolve the problem.
