Review: Regulator!! - This stuff is fantastic. I have always had metabolism issues and have felt for a long time like it was preventing me from losing weight or maintaining weight. Granted, I'm not an incredibly large man but I was 6'0 245 lbs. I only "had to go" maybe twice a week and it was never consistent. Since I started using this stuff, I can count on the clock every morning what time I'll go. Combining this with a reasonable diet led me to lose 25 pounds in about a month and half and I'm still going down. I take a heaping teaspoon every night with dinner and that seems to do the trick. It does not cause ANY discomfort whatsoever for me. The only "discomforting" thing is the taste. It's awful. It's chunky. It's thick. There's nothing pleasing to say about the taste. There's no getting around that. I've found that mixing it into a [measuring] cup of chocolate milk and downing it is the best approach. The temporary taste is certainly worth the outcome for me!

A: Wish I could provide an answer, but I wasn't able to try this Fiber because what was sent to me was the the Yerba Prima that I ordered, plus what was sent was open and unsealed when it was delivered so I threw it away.

I've tried many fiber formulas including the Yerba Prima Psyllium Husk, but found this one is easies ton the digestive system & not nearly as gritty as most of the others. I like the fact that it contains no flavors, sugars & sweeteners, or unnecessary ingredients. I sprinkle it over my cereal or add it to my juice & take it twice a day. As with any fiber product, you have to find the right dose for you & give your body time to adjust.
