I've tried this for 3 nights in a row with the same result each night. I quickly fell asleep and woke up with ease in the morning. It tastes similar to a gummy multi-vitamin. I did not experience any negative after-taste. Overall I'm very satisfied.

As of recently I have found myself having trouble sleeping, like many that I know falling asleep was not happening until just before the sun comes up. Ordered these, took one before bed and fell asleep within twenty minutes. Regardless of what is causing you to have trouble sleeping, try them.

This product works very well and fast! No crazy dreams and nightmares and no hang over the next day, unlike most melatonin pill products I have used. The taste and texture is kind of odd but it isn't terrible. The Olly gummy vitamins are more tasty and work as well as these ones, but they are more expensive and I need like, 3 of them to get to sleep whereas I only need one of these zzzquil brand. It helped me get back on track with my sleeping habits when I was going to bed too late or waking up in the middle of the night. It is also very helpful for when I need to wake up early and have to go to sleep earlier than I need to. The first time I took them, these gummies were really strong and I got knocked out within 20 minutes, but once I took them more that wore off and they helped me drift gently off to sleep within an hour.

This little gummies were recommended to my daughter and I by my daughter-in-law. She buys them for my first grandson (age 2). She was very excited about them because she finally found something that works for him and he doesn't mind taking them. My daughter and I have been trying all kinds of stuff to try to get my second grandson (age 1) to sleep through the night. These gummies are easy to get him to take, he thinks they are candy. When he takes them he's usually asleep within 30 minutes to an hour. However, he'll only sleep for about 3 hours at the most after he takes them.
