Subtle pleasant mushroom flavor
Needs a bit of added salt in my opinion, but otherwise it tastes fine. It has a subtle mushroom flavor and pairs great with pasta, fresh sliced mushrooms, and leafy green vegetables (like bok choy). Best of all it is vegan and has very limited ingredients so is a healthier choice than many other prepared broths.

Delicious and vegetarian!
LOVE this broth! It is a delicious, flavorful broth, perfect for soups and all recipes that call for broth. It is also an excellent substitute for meat and chicken broths. Highly recommend!

I use this instead of water to make rice... it's so delicious! Add butter and you've got a decadent rice dish!

Pacific organic mushroom broth
I love this mushroom broth. It has a deep brown color that makes a beautiful broth for soup or stews . I love the flavor. I like that it is organic and feel the mushrooms add extra health benefits. I reorder whenever they have a sale and keep a couple in my pantry at all times. It's delicious just to beat and sip. I also use it to make my own cream of mushroom soup.
