Seems made well, decent hardware. Had no issues installing this and seems to work flawlessly.

Went in with no issues. Holding up a 120lb bag. Just seen previous reviews about the two top nuts backing out. Mine was recieved with the two nuts spot welded. So that will never be an issue since they cannot move unless welds break. Mounted to stud in top of garage behind dry wall ceiling. Used one lag screw that came in kit and used a longer 5" lag I had due to mount at corner of a-frame. But I believe original screw could have worked also. But wanted lag to go through (2) 2x4s. Pre drill your lags and should go in well. Have no vibration when we hit bag. And mount is as silent as it can be.

Quality product comes with all the hardware

Went up quick and easy. The Spring works fine for my 100 lb bag. The only issue I have is the loud Clanking/Clunking/Metal on Metal sound when the bag swings. I have seen some reviews that say the same thing. I guess I just have to get use to it. The wife says it is quieter than the previous setup. Bag is hanging in the basement under the kitchen floor.

The spring on this kit of the 6 inch has an awesome design. Definitely approved and recommended

Works great for holding a 60 pound punching bag.

This mount is easy to install and has never bound up. Great fit.

I loved that it made it move around and bounce, hated that it didn't last long.

Montiert in Holz, hält es was es verspricht. Eventuell auch in Rigips montierbar. Dies war mir jedoch zu unsicher von der Belastung.So ist es top.
