You can’t smell nothing at all

I first bought this PetSafe Simply Clean litter box on the 14 of February 2021, thinking this would be a great option for the price and I had not published any reviews of this product until now.It has been 1 year since I purchased this and I have to say that I've had a bad experience with it.During the last year, the original unit broke after only 3 or 4 months of use. I called in the PetSafe support, which was awesome, I have nothing bad to say about that. They had my unit replaced entirely as they said they had a lot of issues with the mechanism on this particular model.I received a second unit that I used for another 3-4 months until I had to call in again because it broke for apparently similar reasons. This time, the person I talked to refused to replace the whole unit (still under warranty) and said he would only send a replacement motor for the conveyor. I didn't want to fight so I agreed and replaced the motor.This week, 3 months later, I am getting a 3rd disappointment out of this litter box, that stopped working for a 3rd time, not to mention the horrible noise it makes (ended up disconnecting it every night before going to bed or I get waken up every hour).I called the support for a 3rd time. The first person I talked to said they could replace the unit again. At this point I refused as this would only break in some time and at this point I won't be under warranty and I'll have to buy another unit. I asked them if they could replace it for another model that has proven more reliable. I was offered a small discount on the 180$ price tag of the other model, more expensive than this one. This is really frustrating when in the end you know you are stuck with only the replacement option and you know that it won't be a full year until you have to take your wallet out again.I am greatly disappointed that this has been only trouble during the whole year that I've used it.I wouldn't recommend buying this unit as you might end up with the same problem.

Retiene bien los olores, practico y justo la medida al dispensario

Fácil de instalar, no necesita vaciar la caja de desechos más que cada par de semanas que se llena. No deja escapar olores. Es la mejor inversión en areneros para gato que haya hecho!!

This is a scam just don’t buy it. It will kinda work at first then it won’t.
