This one is a keeper
Lengthier review but I'm happy with this purchase so here goes:I needed a better set-up and the stand/sit option appealed. I looked at other UNICOO crank frames with tops, read all the positive reviews, figured it’s probably the same frame minus the top and ordered. I already had a top I liked and was looking for a base only. I chose the manual over electric for budget reasons. It was also one of the smaller adjustable frames I could find to fit my current furniture arrangement.I’m really happy with my new desk. The frame is solid, the crank mechanism works well and feels like it will hold up to many years of use. The crank pulls out and pushes back in with a little bit of a tug/shove but nothing strenuous. Same with the actual cranking part, very manageable. It takes me 49 full turns to have the desk from lowest (28.5” incl top) to highest (46”). Sounds like a lot but each arm gets 22 cranks. That way I achieve the optimal standing height for me ;). There is a tiny bit of jiggling when I lean on the desk top and when cranking. Slower, steady turns almost eliminate the jiggling. I think it's because my floors are a bit uneven and carpeted rather than the frame itself. Maybe if the table top was a bit heavier but it's really not an issue. The leveling feet help on the carpet as well.As a side note, I paired the frame with an Under Desk Cable Management Tray and it works really well to keep the cable salad organized, accessible and somewhat hidden. Looks better too when the desk is at full height. I currently have to accommodate cables for multiple computers and accessories.I put everything together myself. The legs are heavy and holding them steady while placing the screws was a bit of a challenge. I laid the parts out on a blanket to catch runaways, followed the instructions and did not fully tighten the screws until everything was assembled. Definitely a lot easier with help but not unmanageable without. All the parts fit, nothing was missing, scratched or otherwise damaged. If something was to break/wear out I feel it would be the little folding handle knob. But it looks replaceable so... A big thank you to the delivery driver for carrying the box up a flight of stairs!Summary: I'm glad I bought this desk frame. Over the years I've made do with several cheap desk top & leg combinations at home. I finally found the right base for all my current and future desk needs.

Poor quality, getting replacement parts for a brand new desk frame is a hassle
One frame piece was poorly machined and all three mounting holes on it would not line up to the leg pieces. The slots were cut too short causing the mounting screws to not go in.I contacted the seller right away and sent pictures, comparing the different frame pieces and how they are machined inconsistently. The seller kept asking questions and told me to try all kinds of things to make it work even though I’ve already clarified to the seller that the mounting holes will not line up due to poor manufacturing. After a week of back and forth emailing, the seller finally sent out a replacement part.Getting replacement parts shouldn’t be this much of an hassle. I sent pictures to clarify why I need replacement parts. I gave the seller a chance to fix it by reaching out. Next time, I will rather return poorly manufactured products as defective because that is what they are.Pros - sturdiness, thickness of frame, easy to put together (if all parts are manufactured properly).Cons - poor quality, seller asks too many questions to get replacement parts.I don’t recommend buying from this seller. The desk frame is nice and sturdy, but you can get an equivalent desk frame from other sellers.

Sturdy, works well
Very sturdy and seems well made. Crank works well. Gets very tall. Have no fear with heavy monitor — this thing is planted.Pulling handle in and out (horizontally) is somewhat difficult. Advise you plan not to do this every day and leave it to stick out of the desk.Wish the handle wasnt plastic. Some other choices had nicer handles.UPDATE - I had a handle part snap off due to a manufacturing defect/brisk use after a few months. The seller was great about and sent a replacement part immediately.

Love it!
I spent a lot of time looking at standing desk frames and wanted to save money by getting one with a hand crank. I was a little nervous by the price, and lack of leg support like some others had. Let me say... The quality of this stand FAR exceeded my expectations.I used to have a husky crank up work bench and this is probably twice as sturdy and overall feels better. The crank is smooth and quiet. All of the pieces are very precisely machined and the coating is very smooth. It's not glossy but almost matte. Love it.I am 6ft and he height is more than adequate for me.

Great Option for WFH Standing Desk
I bought this as legs for my IKEA Kitchen Counter table top/desk. It was pretty easy to install -- took 45 minutes but I highly recommend at least 1 person to help. Works great. I transition it from sitting to standing and in-between a few times a week with ease. I put a storage unit under it, which caused some issues with bringing it down since it was taller than the sitting height BUT it was re-aligned when I realized what I did and brought the legs back up so that was great. I did twice on accident and haven't had any issues since. I would recommend this to anyone.

Machine Shop Fails
Should have paid attention to the review here that said their machine shop is a joke and cant get screw holes to line up. To add insult to injury when returning the item, I can't even select UPS pickup. Now I get to drive over an hour to find a UPS store to lug this 50 lbs desk frame to just get a refund. You'll lose money if you buy this item, don't do it.

Expensive stationary frame
Had it for less than a week and the lead screw snapped. I don't really have the clearance or the tools to pull out the broken lead screw. I want to return it, but I would need a new frame to transfer my DIY table top to. Do not buy.
