Great on everything
My family loves this sauce! It's got a nice kick and it's the perfect blend of Gochujang and Sriracha. We put it on everything...eggs, meat, pasta, sandwiches, etc. Delicious!

Delicious & spicy
Favorite! Great for topping Buddha bowls when you need a little spice.

Sweet, Flavorful, Expensive, Not Sriracha
Boy is this good, with a great depth of flavor given by the gochujang, but the price and almost complete lack of spice or pepper flavor drag it down from greatness. The price wouldn’t hurt so badly if one didn’t have to use so much in order to taste it alongside the food. Recommended to try once, but you may not be a repeat buyer.

Weak Knees? More like 'Where's My Knees?' 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ (4/5 Chilies)
Ah, the quest for Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha Hot Sauce. It all started when my local store ran out of stock, probably due to a local Sriracha-enthusiast hoarding it for the upcoming apocalypse. I knew I had to embark on a journey to the wild jungles of Amazon.com. And there it was, shining like a beacon of spicy hope in a 10.5 oz Easy Squeeze Bottle. The Bottle: First and foremost, let's talk about this "Easy Squeeze Bottle." It's easy, like Sunday morning. Unlike my efforts to open that pesky pickle jar, this one simply said, "Squeeze me, friend, and let's set your mouth ablaze!" And ablaze it was. Taste Test: Classic Sriracha Chili, they say? More like Sriracha with a PhD in Deliciousness. It’s as if the sauce bottle whispered, "Let's dance," and your taste buds had no choice but to foxtrot their way to Flavortown. Weak Knees?: Oh, they weren't joking. After a taste, I was searching for my knees, only to find they had retreated in awe of the flavor extravaganza. "Weak Knees" is an understatement. "Lost Knees" might be more accurate. Pairing Ideas: Mix it with your tofu, splash it on your burger, heck, use it as a facial mask if you want to feel alive (Note: Please do not actually use it as a facial mask). Availability Crisis: It's important to acknowledge that since my local grocery store was out of stock, Amazon became my spicy savior. I half expected Jeff Bezos to deliver it himself, riding a drone, and dressed as a chili pepper. Sadly, that didn't happen. But the sauce did arrive promptly, and it was glorious. In summary, Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha Hot Sauce is not just a hot sauce; it's a way to discover new levels of culinary courage and question your relationship with your knees. If you're lucky enough to find it online during a stock outage, grab it, squeeze it, and prepare for a flavor adventure that might require a GPS to find your way back. 🚀🌶️

Not A Good Sriracha Replacement
I like the flavor of the Gochuchang Sriracha, I do. But, it has two issues in my opinion. The first is that there is essentially no heat to it. Maybe that matters to you, maybe it doesn't. The second, however, is the big one to me. The issue is that, unlike the more traditional "Rooster" sriracha I usually use, this sauce doesn't complement a dish, it over powers it. When I use it on a hot dog, pizza, or put it in ramen, the gochujang is the only flavor I taste. I was looking for something that complements these foods and adds some heat. this sauce is not that. So I would say that if you are looking for a Rooster replacement during the great shortage of 2022, this isn't the sauce. But if you are just looking for an interesting sauce with very little heat...this may be for you!

Awesome sauce!
2nd update: The company has reached out to explain the ingredients and offered a replacement for the damaged shipment. This sauce is amazing and I'm a happy customer. Update: I decided to order the 80 oz bottle. It arrived in a paper envelope with the lid loose, the underlying seal soaked thru and lifted on one side, and some sauce leaked into the package. Not eligible for return. :( I'm conflicted on this review because this is some of the best sauce I've ever tasted. However, my wife is allergic to gluten and soy so I was looking for sauce to use on Korean Fried Chicken that she could eat. The listing in Amazon for the 12oz bottle did not show the ingredients. The listing for the 64oz bottle showed a picture where I could read the ingredients and it shows no soy and says Gluten Free. So I ordered the 12oz bottle. Note the ingredients listing on the 12oz bottle that I received. It contains soy and says may contain gluten. Why would the ingredients in the 12oz bottle be different? I feel a bit hoodwinked. Great sauce but if/when I use it again, I have to make two separate dinners.

Love the gochujang siracha. As a Korean American I grew with gochujang. As an adult I fell in love with Sriracha. This flavor does really well blending those flavors, I can taste both distinctly and love how they compliment each other. I only wish they turned the sweetness down a bit but overall this is one of my favorite condiments for everything now.
